Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, all Egg Back Home pieces are fired at high temperatures, making them durable enough for use in both the dishwasher and microwave. However, we recommend hand washing for long-term glaze preservation.

Do you ship internationally?

We certainly do. We ship our handmade collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight.

What happens if my order arrives broken?

While we pack our ceramics with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Why does my product look slightly different from the website photo?

Every piece is handmade and hand-glazed, which means unique variations in color, shape, and 'perfection' are part of the artisanal charm. No two pieces are exactly alike.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Are the glazes used food-safe?

Absolutely. We only use high-quality, lead-free, and cadmium-safe glazes. Our ceramics are 100% food-safe and comply with international health standards.
